Results doing a full body workout 3 times a week?

that's a really good workout. also try looking at the things you eat. are you getting enough protein? you probably need more meat. Its really good if you eat eggs in the morning. Like make an omelet or just make them sunny side up if you want. Eat some protein during the day too but don't eat to much. remember, a serving of meat is the size of a deck of cards. :) hope this helps you.
