Parties and bars is the worst way to meet a nice guy. Meeting guys in a cl or a club is the best way. Also, joining a sorority is also a good way to meet guys. A lot of frat guys are no good but a lot of them are. You will automatically meet them and see them all the time, great way to meet people.
