Is dinner with a co-worker cheating?

I don't think it was cheating but any time you do make plans with a woman,lunch and especially partnerships..you should talk to your wife first and make sure she is comfortable with it..also seems strange you didn't just go somewhere else,forget about he sushi...I don't think you were being considerate of your wifes feelings or opinion.
