Possibility of pregnancy?

I was told that sperm could live in the body for up to 7 days but it depended on if there was cervical mucus or not. And I was told that the spike in your BBT happened a day after the egg has been released. I had Saturday and I noticed the cervical mucus on Monday. There was a spike in my BBT on Thursday. What are the possibilities that I could have conceived? Im new to the BBT charting.
