so i lost weight and sometimes i don't do exercise because I'm to busy. i weigh myself every morning, and every time i see that i gained like 2 pounds or two ounces i feel fat. but i have a huuugeee appetite and I'm eating all the time.. but i do tae-kwon-do for like 3-5 times a week for 1 hour and thirty minutes. its like every morning i have to check my weight and I'm getting tired of it! how can i stop? I'm 14 and i weigh 111 pounds.
