Energy = hf, where h= Planck's constant, f is frequency. You can find frequency using speed of light x wavelength = frequency, multiply by Planck's const. above, and you get the energy change. As for the 1.00mol I don't know how exactly that fits into the equation since moles are a unit that measures m, but photons don't have a m IIRC.
