Ok man listen, get you license together before you do anything else. Second you might want to consider something other than Harley-Davidson for your first machine. The smallest motorcycle Harley makes is the 883L nearly 900cc is a little much for a beginner. Also Harley is a distinct style and flavor of motorcycle. If you havent ridden something a bit more "vanilla" first" you might get a sour taste. try something a bit more generic first perhaps a Honda 250-350 cc
