I evacuated from hurricane ike and they stold all my stuff in austin what should i do besides call the police?

They broke into my car all stold all my doents from my kids social security numbers doents of my house and they got my credit cards i called for my credits card balance i already owe 2grand but i canceled them already so please help if their something else i could report it??????????????
