My daughter has ODD Help!!?

My 13 year old daughter has oppositional defiant disorder. I am seeing a counselor and he has suggested maybe medicating her and I am not opposed to it but I would rather take a natural approach first. She is totally out of con troll. If I say the sky is blue she will say with s, No the sky is grey. It never ends, and it is the the point of my husband and I splitting because he doesn't want to live in a home of havoc. ( My daughter is from a former relationship and we have a 3 year old who dose"nt need to hear the constant bickering) I am at my wits end. I have taken all things away and have even threatened to take he to her dads( we haven't seen him in maybe 6 years) So any ideas of what to do and any natural remedies or supplements out there that can help.
