Does interrogation (torture) take away a person's 5th Ammendment "right to remain silent"?

Constitutional rights apply to non-citizens who are living legally in this country. These rights definitely do NOT apply to enemy combatants in a war. And please do not confuse enhanced interrogation with torture. If you think waterboarding or loud music are torture, then you don't know what torture is.
