Should I confront him?

My best friend and my husband work together. Well, for the same company but not in the same department. Anyway, she called me yesterday afternoon to tell me that she saw my husband go into HER boss's office and when he came out his shirt was a little disheveled and he looked embarred. She said he didn't see her watching him so he has no clue she saw him. I don't want to believe that my husband is messing around at work but my gut tells me it's true. Should I confront him? Or wait til I have evidence? I don't want to jeopardize my BF career.
