Is it normal to get a sharp pain in your heart after/during running?

Sounds like a stitch. Lift your arms over your head and lean from your waist to the right. Running once a week does not condition you, you need to run at least 4 times a week to improve. Running once a week is like starting to get in shape and then stopping, starting to get in shape and then stopping.
