I found a Chihuahua in Surprise, AZ. I just moved from NY, I'm not sure where is the best place to post, HELP?

I found the little guy runnin in the road near Cotton Ln and Greenway. I followed him for quite a while and finally caught up to him and got him cornered. I just moved to the area and I am not sure where someone from here would look to find their lost pet. I posted flyers in the area that I found him but I don't feel like I am doing enough.
