How to configure MS OUTLOOK EXPRESS, MS OUTLOOK & THUNDERBIRD with my FREE EMAIL ACCOUNTS IN YAHOO & HOTMAIL?

I tried incoming mails: pop.mail.yahoo.com & for out going: smtp.mail.yahoo.com. But they didn't work. Mails are rejected by the sever. Please help.
