HELP! Frozen Lasagna thawed out, safe to eat or not?

I got this frozen vegetable lasagna and left it in my car overnight... so it thawed out for maybe 24 hours. I want to cook it but not sure if it's safe. Should I make it or throw it out?? I dont wanna waste it!
